A Fun and Quirky Vloggers' Intimate Wedding

Moments that are true, organic, and real. Moments of unfiltered beauty that made their mark. These are the moments that made Cush and Madi’s wedding and inspires us to embrace who we really are as we celebrate one of the most important days of our lives.

SAYING ‘NO’ TO CONVENTIONAL

Cush and Madi’s wedding is one of the most intimate and unique we have ever seen. It was a small, private, and feel-good kind of celebration where everyone was having a great time. The guests were all feeling light and happy the way the couple wanted it to be.

Here are the things that made their wedding exceptional:

1. It’s a small wedding with only twelve (12) guests.

It’s an intimate family celebration in every sense. Truly a special day spent with special people.

2. No bridesmaids, groomsmen, and a long line of sponsors.

Getting married during a pandemic can really be risky. To be safe, the couple opted to exclude bridesmaids and groomsmen from the list.

3. Yes to a spontaneous reception program.

Cush and Madie did not stick to a long, formal program because they wanted their reception to feel more like an intimate family dinner. They never wish to see their guests feeling all bored and hungry. As the couple puts it, “Why not skip the whole thing and go straight to the good part?”

HAPPY WEDDING VIBE PLANNED BY A HAPPY BRIDE

Cush believes that the wedding is the ‘bride's day’. Once they came up with the theme and the number of guests, he let Madi have her way with the wedding planning. According to him, Madi wanted the same vibe as Cari Bradshaw’s intimate wedding in The Sex and the City. She dreamed of a small gathering with their loved ones—very raw and filled with laughter akin to a happy family in a Coca-Cola ad.

The couple’s wedding is essentially candid, fun, and unique. One thing that made it stand out is they included the elements of their Vlog, Sarang Culture which is like their baby. For them, the raw and unpolished look of their videos fit their wedding perfectly.

TIPS FOR COUPLES WHO ARE PLANNING A SMALL WEDDING

1. Just do it!

It’s your wedding. It’s your day. It’s ultimately your choice. You get to decide how you wanted it to go and who you want to be there.

2. Plan for the wedding and prepare more for the marriage.

There’s nothing wrong with making your wedding day extra-special. But the smaller your wedding is, the more money you’ll have left to start your new life together.
